It has an updated Air Zoom unit that's softer and quieter, dual ZoomX cushioning (ZoomX foam under ZoomX LT, the lightest version of Nike's most responsive foam), and a wide carbon fiber Flyplate for propulsion with stability through all 26.2 miles. An updated Atomknit upper adds open-hole mesh zones for breathability and midfoot cables for containment. It weighs about 6.6 oz (women's US 10) with an 8mm heel-to-toe drop.
